Venture builder · The GCC

We build new ventures. You own them.

Every venture starts from a problem your group already has. Fixed fees, no equity, and everything we produce assigned to you as it is built.

01

Problem-first

Every engagement begins with a challenge you already have, not with a trend.

02

Stage-gated

Each stage ends with a deliverable you keep and a decision that is yours.

03

Owned by you

Intellectual property is assigned to you as the work is produced. No equity, unless you invite it.

Where a venture starts

Your group already holds the makings of a venture.

Groups that hold operating companies, customer relationships, licences and data do not lack ideas. They lack a partner who will take one real, costly problem inside their business or their market, find out whether solving it is a company, and then build that company to the standard the group requires, without keeping a share of it.

Most of what is offered instead falls short in one of three ways. Innovation programmes end in a deck. Agencies deliver an application but not a business. Venture studios build the business and keep half of it.

WeaveLines Works exists to close that gap. We assess the challenge and the ecosystem around it, name the main problem, validate a solution with the people who would pay for it, build it, run it to first traction, and hand it over with its own team.

The engagement

How a problem becomes a company.

Four stages. Each is scoped and priced before it begins, and the decision to continue is yours at every gate.

01

Assess

We interview your leadership and operating managers, review the assets a venture could draw on, and map the ecosystem around each challenge: customers, incumbents, regulators, national infrastructure. You receive a written view of the problems worth solving, in order of priority, and the ones we advise against.

Your decisionWhich challenges proceed to validation.

02

Validate

A working prototype goes in front of prospective customers and pricing is tested rather than assumed. The stage ends with our recommendation in writing: the customer evidence, the unit economics, and whether your capital should build this.

Your decisionProceed, stop or re-scope.

03

Build

A senior product and engineering team builds the product in your own cloud, integrated with your systems and the region's national services, with your product owner inside the team from the first day. Everything is transferred to you as it is completed.

Your decisionLaunch readiness, against agreed criteria.

04

Operate and transfer

We run the venture through its first commercial phase, report against targets agreed before launch, and help recruit its permanent team. At transfer you hold an operating company, its team and its documentation.

How we work in detail

Capabilities

What we build best.

Business software, built as a business rather than a project. The industry is yours. The model is what we know.

01

B2B SaaS platforms

Software serving the businesses your group already knows, designed for recurring revenue and enterprise sales.

02

Mobile applications

For customers, field teams or partners, built alongside the platform they connect to.

03

AI-native products

AI designed into the product from the first version, where it creates a real advantage for the user, and measured before it ships.

04

Integrated with local infrastructure

Identity, e-invoicing, payments and data residency handled from the first design.

In our practice

How we use AI.

AI makes a small, senior team deliver what once needed a large one. We use it for research, prototypes, code and reporting. We do not use it to decide. The recommendation you receive, and the code you own, carry a person's name.

01

Research that starts from a full picture

The market, the incumbents, the regulators and the national infrastructure around your challenge are mapped before the first working session. The founder reads the sources, not only the summary.

02

Prototypes customers can hold

Validation is done with a working prototype that looks and behaves like the finished product. Customers react to something real, and pricing is tested on it.

03

Engineering with review on every change

Engineers work with AI coding tools on the real product, in your own cloud. A second engineer reviews every change, including those a tool drafted. The saving goes into the venture, not into a larger team.

04

AI inside the product, where it earns its place

Where it gives the customer a real advantage, AI is designed into the venture from the first version. Prototyped on your real data, evaluated before it ships, monitored after.

Not new to us

Our co-founder Chuck Stormon built one of the first commercial neural-network chip companies and a hybrid AI system that changed how electric utilities ran their networks, both acquired, and has invested in dozens of AI companies since. Our co-founder Faten Matmati leads a firm that builds AI features into shipped products and measures them before release.

What you rely on

Why WeaveLines Works.

We have not built a venture under this name yet. Here is what you are relying on instead.

  1. 01

    A founder leads every engagement

Not a partner who appears at the pitch. The person accountable for delivery is the person you meet first.

  2. 02

We start from a cost you already carry

The venture is drawn from a problem you are already paying for, in a market you already understand.

  3. 03

We write down when the answer is no

Validation exists to establish whether your capital should build this. If it should not, we say so, with the evidence, before a build is funded.

  4. 04

The build is done by an engineering firm

WeaveLines has designed and shipped products since 2017, including a residential marketplace in the Gulf with Nafath identity verification and in-app payment. Every venture is built to the same standards.

  5. 05

You own everything, as it is produced

IP assigned stage by stage. Fixed fees. No equity.

  6. 06

Built for the market it will operate in

Research with buyers in your market, delivery in Arabic where the customer needs it, PDPL and data residency designed in, and a venture staffed locally at handover.

  7. 07

    A route beyond the region

Our New York presence opens customers, partners and capital in the United States for ventures that should not stop at the Gulf.

FAQ

Questions we are asked first.

Who owns what is built?

You do. IP is assigned to you as the work progresses. Our fees carry no equity.

Will our engagement be made public?

No. We do not name clients or publish case material without written consent.

What if the problem does not hold up as a venture?

Validation exists to find that out before a build is funded. If our recommendation is not to proceed, we say so in writing, with the evidence.

How are engagements priced?

Each stage is a fixed fee for an agreed scope, shared in full at the first meeting.
